Bookkeeper

Kinetic Personnel Group Riverside, CA (Onsite) Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable QuickBooks Specialist to support our accounting operations on a part-time basis. This role focuses primarily on account reconciliation, ensuring financial records are accurate, complete, and up to date. The ideal candidate has strong experience with QuickBooks and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records in QuickBooks
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Review transactions for accuracy and proper classification
  • Collaborate with internal team members or external accountants as needed
  • Generate basic financial reports upon request

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
  • Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred

Schedule:

  • Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule (specify if needed)
