Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing front desk responsibilities, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist walk-in guests and visitors
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries
  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks
  • Maintain organized records, files, and office supplies
  • Assist with scheduling and communication between departments
  • Support data entry and documentation as needed
  • Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and administrative support (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable answering multi-line phone systems
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with QuickBooks data entry is a plus
