Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing front desk responsibilities, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist walk-in guests and visitors
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks
- Maintain organized records, files, and office supplies
- Assist with scheduling and communication between departments
- Support data entry and documentation as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and administrative support (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable answering multi-line phone systems
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with QuickBooks data entry is a plus
