Administrative Assistant

Kinetic Personnel Group Santa Ana, CA (Onsite) Full-Time

We are seeking a reliable Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to support daily office operations in the manufacturing industry. This role combines administrative support, bookkeeping tasks, and basic HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and maintain office/janitorial supply inventory

  • Handle payroll processing and timesheet review

  • Perform general clerical duties and maintain filing systems

  • Assist with AS9100 documentation and audits

  • Support bookkeeping: invoicing, A/R follow-up, deposits, credit card charges, reporting, and account reconciliation

  • Assist with HR tasks including employee records, onboarding/offboarding paperwork, and training coordination

  • Provide backup support to administrative and accounting leadership

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • QuickBooks experience required

  • Intermediate bookkeeping or accounting experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

Pay range is between $25-$30/hour- DOE

Hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
