Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a reliable Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to support daily office operations in the manufacturing industry. This role combines administrative support, bookkeeping tasks, and basic HR functions.
Responsibilities

Process purchase orders and maintain office/janitorial supply inventory

Handle payroll processing and timesheet review

Perform general clerical duties and maintain filing systems

Assist with AS9100 documentation and audits

Support bookkeeping: invoicing, A/R follow-up, deposits, credit card charges, reporting, and account reconciliation

Assist with HR tasks including employee records, onboarding/offboarding paperwork, and training coordination

Provide backup support to administrative and accounting leadership
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED
-
QuickBooks experience required
-
Intermediate bookkeeping or accounting experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Pay range is between $25-$30/hour- DOE
Hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
