Stockroom Clerk

This Costa Mesa based manufacturer of precision-engineered industrial components is seeking a reliable Stockroom Clerk to support daily material flow throughout its production facility. In this role, you’ll receive, identify, store, and issue materials; verify part numbers; perform cycle counts; enter basic inventory data; and deliver parts to manufacturing and shipping areas. You may also assist with loading/unloading trucks, packing parts, operating an abrasive saw, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Select, count, weigh-count, and deliver materials to manufacturing and shipping departments based on requisitions

• Verify part numbers and descriptions for accurate storage and picking

• Prepare and submit shortage requisitions

• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory

• Enter basic inventory data into the computer system

• Log and store materials received from manufacturing, receiving, and inspection

• Load and unload trucks transferring inventory between company locations

• Occasionally pack parts for shipment

• Assist in mailing/receiving areas as needed

• Operate an abrasive saw when required

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred

• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials

• Basic computer skills for inventory entry

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Hours 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Pay rate $19–$20 per hour-DOE
