Our customer is growing fast and urgently seeking multiple Inside Sales Representatives to join their Sales Team! If you’re motivated, confident on the phone, and ready to jump into a high-energy sales environment, we want to speak with you immediately.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential business customers using a proven sales script

• Introduce and promote their tactical gear product line to new prospects

• Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs

• Schedule followup calls and pass qualified leads to the sales team

• Maintain accurate call logs and customer records

• Meet daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets

• Represent the company professionally in all communications

What We’re Looking For

• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with business customers

• Ability to follow a script while keeping conversations natural and engaging

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Prior inside sales or cold calling experience is a plus

• Interest in tactical gear, manufacturing, or related industries is highly valued

Day shift

$20 per hour
