Accountant (Real Estate / Construction) Orange, CA
Weâre working with a growing real estate development firm seeking an Accounting professional to support multi-entity property portfolios and project-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle accounting (GL, journal entries, month-end close)
• AP/AR, reconciliations, and billing
• Multi-entity property accounting
• CAM reconciliations & lease administration
• Job costing / construction accounting support
• Financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Maintain records in Yardi or similar ERP

Qualifications:
• 2â5+ years accounting experience (real estate/construction preferred)
• Yardi required (CAM reconciliations & lease administration)
• Strong Excel skills
• Multi-entity / high-volume experience
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
