ob Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team throughout the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys administrative work, and is passionate about delivering a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives, and is motivated to learn how to recruit candidates for complex positions. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars • Maintain accurate candidate records and perform consistent data entry within the applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM • Assist with job postings, candidate communications, and recruitment reporting • Ensure all candidate and employee information is handled with a high level of confidentiality • Partner with hiring managers and executives to coordinate interviews and hiring logistics • Track and manage recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed • Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes • Identify and resolve scheduling or process-related challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach • Develop recruiting skills over time, including sourcing and engaging candidates for more complex and specialized roles Qualifications: • Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or recruiting support role preferred • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM platforms • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Comfortable interacting with and supporting C-level executives • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset • Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow within the field of talent acquisition, with a strong interest in learning how to recruit for complex positions • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Traits: • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset • Ability to prioritize tasks
