Shipping & Operations Assistant
Weâre looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Shipping & Operations Assistant to support a busy production facility in Santa Fe Springs. This role focuses on keeping shipments, inventory, and daily operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities

Assist with office and production support tasks

Maintain supply levels and update inventory records

Track work orders and help keep projects on schedule

Support production scheduling and workflow coordination

Prepare shipping documents and manage inbound/outbound shipments

Communicate with internal teams and vendors in English and Spanish
Requirements

Experience in logistics, operations, or administrative support

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Basic computer and data entry proficiency

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual English/Spanish
7am -3:30pm Monday-Friday
