Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator â Immediate Opening
Schedule: MondayâFriday, 7:30 AMâ4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $26â$28per hour, with OT
A fast-paced restoration company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, communicates well, and enjoys helping homeowners navigate stressful situations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to homeowners

Computer savvy with Google Docs/Gmail

Create detailed reports based on customer needs

Dispatch service technicians to job sites promptly

Collect and organize job estimates

Maintain accurate documentation and project updates

Support project managers and field teams as needed
Requirements

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond with a strong sense of urgency

Problem-solving mindset and proactive communication

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
-
Previous experience in restoration, construction, or dispatching is helpful but not required.
