Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative
Location: Corona, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role:
We’re hiring for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join a leading aerospace manufacturer. What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers over the phone

• Learn our products and confidently explain their value to customers

• Manage incoming customer inquiries and process orders accurately

• Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure customer needs are met

• Occasionally visit customers as needed to strengthen partnerships

• Identify opportunities to grow sales with existing customers while helping bring in new business

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 3+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing or aerospace industry experience is a plus)

• At least 1 year of inside sales experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
