CNC Mill Operator

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Anaheim area that is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator / Machinist with strong milling skills and experience using Fanuc controls. This role focuses on large-part machining and low-quantity production—perfect for someone who enjoys precision, craftsmanship, and variety rather than high-volume repetition.

You will work under limited supervision and operate both CNC and conventional machines, with the CNC mill as your primary machine.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills with Fanuc controls

• Operate conventional machines as needed

• Perform tool offset adjustments at the machine

• Deburr, wash, and bag finished components

• Grind cutting tools as required

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; NTMA certificate or equivalent training preferred

• 5–8 years of machining experience, including both conventional and CNC machining

• Strong CNC mill experience with Fanuc controls

• Skilled in grinding cutting tools

• Ability to deburr and finish parts

• Proficient with standard inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday, 8 hour shift

• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
