Maintenance Technician

Since 2013, under experienced leadership, the company provides engineering, in-house processing, assembly, and inspection services to over 130 global companies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in preventative maintenance on production machinery.

• Takes on and completes projects as assigned by the department Supervisor.

• Operates and maintains assigned equipment according to established procedures.

• Maintains work and storage areas following established policy and procedures to ensure safety.

• Reports problems with equipment and facility in an appropriate and timely manner.

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

• Performs duties including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines.

• Supports an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5s.

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Electrical and mechanical Troubleshooting.

• Hydraulic & Pneumatic knowledge/abilities.

• Electric/Electronics knowledge.

• Must be computer literate.

• Pay rate $24.00-$25.00

• Hours: 6am-2:30pm
