Logistics Coordinator

Location: Irvine, CA | Employment Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Work Structure: Onsite
Pay Range: $22–$24/hr

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This is an ideal opportunity for early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in shipping and logistics, with a clear growth path into supply chain and operations roles.

In this role, you will ensure order accuracy, coordinate shipments, maintain ERP and CRM records, assist with inventory control, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Process and ship orders accurately and efficiently

• Review orders and shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, labels)

• Track shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies

• Coordinate RMAs and customer returns

• Ensure accuracy of part numbers, serial numbers, and lot numbers

• Maintain records in ERP and CRM systems

• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and reporting

• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have:

• High School diploma or GED

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and teamwork mindset

• Intelligent and reliable character

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Epicor, etc.)

• UPS/FedEx shipping platform experience

• Logistics, inventory, or warehouse coordination experience

• Customer service experience

• Exposure to regulated environments (medical device, pharma, aerospace)
