Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate

KPG is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a growing team in the manufacturing industry.

Location: Irvine, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $22-$23/hr

• Process incoming shipments and distribute materials to the appropriate areas.

• Verify incoming products against purchase orders and packing slips for accuracy.

• Assist with inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain accurate records of received inventory and coordinate with accounting and quality teams.

• Communicate with logistics staff to resolve discrepancies in shipments.

  • Follow daily shipping priorities and schedules.

  • Accurately package and prepare products for shipment.

  • Process and fulfill online orders.

  • Securely pack items for transit and generate shipping labels using various carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).

  • Complete necessary shipping documentation, including Airway Bills and Bills of Lading.

• Maintain and update inventory records using an online tracking system and scanners.

• Prepare and organize supplies for distribution.

• Assist with routine inventory counts and year-end stock reconciliation.

• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized.

• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least one year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or a related field.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.

• Basic written and verbal communication skills.

• Forklift operation experience.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experience using inventory or ERP software.

• Customer service experience.

• Previous work in manufacturing or regulated industries.

• Experience generating shipping labels and documentation for carriers like FedEx and UPS.
