Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate
KPG is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a growing team in the manufacturing industry.
Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $22-$23/hr
Key Responsibilities
Shipping/Receiving:
Process incoming shipments and distribute materials to the appropriate areas.
Verify incoming products against purchase orders and packing slips for accuracy.
Assist with inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate records of received inventory and coordinate with accounting and quality teams.
Communicate with logistics staff to resolve discrepancies in shipments.

Follow daily shipping priorities and schedules.
Accurately package and prepare products for shipment.
Process and fulfill online orders.
Securely pack items for transit and generate shipping labels using various carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
Complete necessary shipping documentation, including Airway Bills and Bills of Lading.
Warehouse Operations:
Maintain and update inventory records using an online tracking system and scanners.
Prepare and organize supplies for distribution.
Assist with routine inventory counts and year-end stock reconciliation.
Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or a related field.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Forklift operation experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience using inventory or ERP software.
Customer service experience.
Previous work in manufacturing or regulated industries.
Experience generating shipping labels and documentation for carriers like FedEx and UPS.
