Job description
The Business Development Coordinator is a key member the Business Development Team, and reports to the Business Development Manager. The Business Development Coordinator will support the Business Development Manager in accelerating and managing the growth of the Companyâs full Turnkey contract manufacturing business.
Primary responsibilities & interactions
The Business Development Coordinator will:

Assist the Business Development manager in managing the workload associated with active lead generation support and related planning,

Work closely with the Quotations & Procurement Department in Formulation of quotations & proposals
-
Oversee and coordinate projects from award to delivery to customer
-
Coordinate communication between customer task leads/contacts/program managers, the Companyâs Business Development Team, and other Company departments.

Be the immediate and always available “Go-To” contact for Customers to reach out to at any time regarding projects.

Have strong problem-solving skills with an understanding of when to elevate pricing or delivery issues to the appropriate supplier base contact. Mechanical aptitude is desireable.

Required skills, experience
-
Sales/business development
-
Extensive experience in Turnkey electronic assembly services
-
Understanding of electronics manufacturing & assembly, electronic components and of procurement of materials
-
Complex technical sales proposals and quotations
-
Project management
-
Basic Experience or know how in buying electronic components is required along with knowledge of alternate sourcing techniques
-
Technical degree (2 year+) related to the electronics industry (greatly preferred)
