Immediate Opening: Lead Assembler – Direct Hire / Day Shift

Pay Range: $25.05 – $27.10/hour

?? What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the assembly process for enclosures, sub-assemblies, and custom builds

• Train, guide, and oversee assemblers to meet tight deadlines and quality benchmarks

• Layout and optimize workflows to maximize speed, accuracy, and throughput

• Review work tickets, BOMs, and schematics with precision—errors are not an option

• Identify issues fast and implement corrective actions using lean manufacturing principles

• Collaborate with supervisors and peers to make quick, informed decisions

• Drive 5S standards and maintain a clean, efficient workspace

• Stay flexible—additional tasks may be assigned as needed

• Strong leadership and clear communication under pressure

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders from start to finish

• Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving and troubleshooting

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and basic shop tech

• Skilled in reading and redlining drawings, BOMs, and wiring schematics

• Hands-on experience with hand tools, measuring devices, and wiring prep equipment

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Minimum 1 year of assembly experience

• 1 year of electrical work and forklift operation

• 1–2 years in a lead manufacturing role strongly preferred
