Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry, to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will analyze financial performance, develop cost models, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Develop and maintain annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, highlighting variances, trends, and risks.

Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Support

Analyze production costs, inventory valuation, material variances, and overhead allocation.

Partner with operations to evaluate manufacturing metrics such as yield, efficiency, and throughput.

Support standard cost updates, bill of materials (BOM) accuracy, and cost roll processes.
Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare dashboards and KPIs related to financial and operational performance.

Analyze profitability by product line, customer, and region.

Provide insights to improve margin performance and cost optimization.
Business Partnering & Decision Support

Work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, procurement, and sales teams.

Support capital expenditure (CapEx) analysis, ROI calculations, and project financial evaluations.

Assist in pricing decisions and cost-benefit assessments.
Compliance & Controls

Ensure adherence to internal controls and assist in audit activities.

Support monthly and year-end closing activities in collaboration with accounting.
Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or related certification a plus).
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
Technical Skills
-
Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling skills), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Pay $100K-$110K
