Electro Mechanical Assembler

Kinetic Personnel Group Tustin, CA (Onsite) Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assemblers. In this role, you will assemble, build, and test a variety of electronic equipment using hand tools, fixtures, work instructions, and engineering drawings.You will work with wire harnesses, perform quality checks, and ensure all work meets established safety and quality standards. Occasional rework of assembled equipment may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electro- mechanical components using hand tools, fixtures, and detailed work instructions

  • Build and test wire harness connections

  • Crimp, strip, and terminate 22–24 AWG wires

  • Insert contacts and perform electronics-level soldering

  • Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings

  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

  • Perform rework or adjustments when needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Previous assembly experience preferred

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprint requirements

  • Experience working with 22–24 AWG wires is a plus

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently (heavier loads may require team lifting)

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • J-STD-001 soldering training or certification

  • IPC-A-610 or IPC/WHMA-A-620 training or certification

  • Experience soldering to electronics standards

  • Familiarity with wire harness assembly best practices

Work Schedule -Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

Pay rate is $24
