Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all quality functions, ensuring products and processes meet internal standards and customer expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and enjoys driving improvements across teams and systems.

• Lead the quality department and strengthen internal processes and capabilities

• Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with organizational goals

• Ensure product reliability and quality throughout development and production

• Build strong customer relationships and manage quality-related communication

• Conduct internal and external audits

• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and leadership teams

• Recruit, mentor, and develop quality team members

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of GD&T, metrology tools, Gage R&R, and root cause analysis

• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100 standards

• ASQ certifications (CQE, CSSBB, CQMgr) preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate issues

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
