Manufacturing Planner

We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Planner for an Aerospace Manufacturer in La Habra, CA. 

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Planner will oversee and ensure the smooth planning and coordination of manufacturing operations. This role is critical in managing the flow of materials, ensuring schedules are met, and that all production processes align with customer requirements and company standards. Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing purchase orders (POs), bills of materials (BOMs), drawings, and certifications to confirm specifications and accuracy.

• Analyzing and reviewing customer POs and BOMs to plan material requirements and manufacturing operations.

• Planning and sequencing fabrication, assembly, machining, and installation processes using the company’s ERP system (JobBoss).

• Preparing material lists and identifying required tools, equipment, and resources for production.

• Monitoring work processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company standards.

• Collaborating with teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth workflow throughout the production cycle.

• Completing additional tasks as assigned by management.

  Job Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing or production planning (preferred).
  • Aerospace experience is a plus.
  • Shift: Day shift preferred.
  • Location: On-site.
