Customer Service Rep

We have an immediate position for a Customer Service Rep to provide admin support for a distributor in Cerritos, The CSR will primarily handle incoming calls for orders, stock/inventory check, and manage accounts.

May also create sales orders, labels for shipping, and checking alerts. 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

•           Call customer that has alerts

•           Follow up on emails and voicemails

•           Create sales orders for supplies from Print Audit and Miracle

•           Sales Analysis Report
