Shipping & Receiving Associate (Manufacturing Environment)

?? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (OT on Saturdays as needed)

Job Summary

Responsible for pulling, packaging, and preparing small parts and finished goods for shipment using pick sheets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pull and package orders using pick sheets

Read and understand documentation for accurate material movement

Operate sit-down LPG/electric forklifts (3,000–15,000 lbs)

Use RF scanners for inventory and shipment tracking

Prepare shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx, and freight BOLs

Wash and prep products for shipment

Label, sticker, bubble wrap, and stretch wrap products

Load/unload trucks and containers via forklift or pallet jack

Follow instructions and layout work independently

Maintain a safe production and warehouse environment

Support additional warehouse/production duties as needed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

2+ years of shipping/receiving or material handling experience

2+ years forklift experience (certified preferred)

2+ years manufacturing experience

2+ years experience with hand tools and mechanical aptitude

Experience with pick sheets, UPS/FedEx systems, and BOLs

Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements

Lift 0–20 lbs unassisted; 50–100 lbs with assistance

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in an industrial environment
