CNC Programmer and Set Up
CNC Programmer
Join our well-established manufacturing company located in Cypress, CA, as an experienced and reliable CNC Programmer. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong communication abilities to enhance our team.
Job Responsibilities:

Program and set up CNC Lathes, 5 Axis Mills, and Vertical Machining Centers.

Utilize and operate Fanuc, Haas, and Okuma controls.

Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs with precision.

Employ MasterCam and FeatureCam software effectively.

Determine appropriate speeds and feeds for materials such as Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, and 17-4 Stainless Steel.

Operate and/or program a CMM (coordinate measuring machine) as needed.

Ensure efficient use of equipment, tools, and materials to maintain optimal production.

Use measuring tools and gauges proficiently to uphold product quality.

Read and interpret blueprints, including expertise with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

Work with routers and gantries with ease.

Provide supervisory support when required.

Foster collaboration across departments through effective communication.

Maintain a commitment to continuous self-improvement and skill development within a team environment.
Qualifications:

Proven expertise in CNC programming and setup.
-
In-depth knowledge of MasterCam, FeatureCam, and CNC equipment controls.

Experience with various metal materials and machining techniques.

Familiarity with quality control processes and equipment, including CMM.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team setting.
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience. Pay range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour.
