CAD Drafter

This role supports our engineering and production teams by preparing accurate 2D drawings, reviewing project documentation, and assisting with CNC programming. If you enjoy technical problem-solving and working in a detail-driven environment, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project documents, drawings, and specifications to fully understand scope and requirements

• Identify design details that may need clarification and communicate findings to the project team

• Produce clear and accurate 2D drawings based on project information, images, and descriptions

• Create and modify AutoCAD drawings (.dxf, .dwg) for production

• Support CNC programming for production runs (training provided)

• Learn to evaluate materials, tooling, and machining strategies to determine appropriate speeds and feeds (training provided)

• Maintain accuracy, organization, and timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements

• Proficiency with AutoCAD for 2D drafting

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational habits

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Full-time-8 -hour shift

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE
