Office Support
We have a full-time opportunity for Office Support with a distributor in Cerritos. This position is responsible for general office support and handling administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, answering phone calls, and data entry.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Supporting the accounting department with basic accounting procedures
• Scanning
• Posting
• Heavy Data Entry
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• 1 year of office/basic accounting experience
• Computer savvy, proficient in MS Excel
• Strong organization, good oral and written communication skills.
