IT Administrator

A growing company is looking for an IT Administrator to provide technical support for its team while assisting with office IT operations. This role involves managing devices, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams on technology solutions.

• Oversee the lifecycle of company devices, including procurement, distribution, and recovery.
• Configure and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Handle IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across Windows and Mac platforms.
• Provide technical training and support to employees.
• Assist with telecommunications system administration.
• Collaborate with IT teams on technology upgrades and process improvements.
• Adapt to evolving technical needs and additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in help desk or technical support.
• Proficiency with Windows and Apple iOS operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange and Active Directory.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office for both PC and Mac.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security.

• Experience with network troubleshooting and VPN security solutions.
• Familiarity with VMware environments.
• Knowledge of endpoint management tools.
• Experience with cybersecurity and endpoint protection solutions.
