Receptionist
Position: Front Desk Receptionist - Colton, CA
Division: Administration
Pay: $20 an hour
Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist works independently to greet and check in all visitors and provide front-office administrative support within a manufacturing environment. Schedule is MondayâFriday, 8:00 AMâ4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Some overtime may be required. Business casual attire is required, along with a professional demeanor and the ability to work with diverse personalities.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
â Maintain a clean, organized, and visitor-ready check-in area
â Answer, screen, and forward calls using the Microsoft Teams phone system
â Greet visitors, ensure proper sign-in, and direct them to the appropriate staff or office
â Ensure reception desk coverage and main phone line availability during business hours
â Conduct brief safety orientations for visitors as applicable
â Manage office supply inventory, purchasing, and inventory spreadsheets
â Coordinate service calls for office equipment
â Sort and distribute incoming mail for administration and shop buildings
â Prepare outgoing mail and shipments (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
â Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, data entry, and scanning
â Assist the billing department with document collection and billing worksheets
â Provide administrative support to other departments as approved by supervision
Experience / skills
â Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
â Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
â Professional attitude, appearance, and strong customer service skills
â Excellent communication and organizational abilities
â Ability to independently perform clerical and office work
â Proficient with multi-line phone systems, computers, copiers, and office equipment
â Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
â Team-oriented with the ability to work across multiple departments
