Location: Corona, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator Trainee to join our team at a leading aerospace manufacturer. What You’ll Do:

• Assist in analyzing customer drawings, blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates

• Work closely with engineering and production teams to understand materials, labor, and processes required for each job

• Input data into estimating software and generate pricing proposals

• Communicate with suppliers to obtain material costs and lead times

• Maintain detailed and organized records of all estimates and project documentation

• Learn and apply aerospace quality standards (AS9100) to ensure accurate quoting

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma required (college coursework in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus)

• Some experience or exposure to blueprint reading and basic manufacturing processes preferred

• Strong math skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Eager to learn and able to follow detailed instructions
